During our 5-night stay, we enjoyed the stunning views from the pool, which was refreshing for both kids and adults. Being near the hot waterfall and the iconic Castle of San Felipe de Lara was a real bonus for our group's adventurous spirit. While the dining experience could benefit from a broader menu and more organization in the restaurant, the great breakfast made it worthwhile.

fantastic view

superb cuisine

lack of activities

We had a blast fishing and renting boats to explore the fine Rio Dulce. The kids loved using the little foot paddling boats, and the view from the pool was fantastic. Plus, the restaurant had superb cuisine that impressed even my picky teenage daughter!

My kids wished for more family-oriented activities.

the view overlooking the river was stunning the pool area featured separate swim sections catering for adults and children which was perfect for relaxation ☀️. staff were incredibly welcoming and always eager to assist.

some areas need better cleaning 🧹.

The Standard King Room was pretty basic but had a nice breeze from the Rio Dulce. The bed was okay, not super comfy, and the pillows could use an upgrade. Bathroom was tidy but the shower wasn't quite hot enough. I liked that the room was clean, but it felt a bit outdated. Overall, it met my needs for a one-night stay without being anything special.

We had a fantastic stay at Nanajuana Rio Dulce! The property is beautiful, and the spacious pool area provides spectacular views of the marina. The staff, especially Kevin at the front desk, went out of their way to accommodate us, allowing us to leave our car overnight without any charge while we took a boat trip.

The restaurant could use more menu options.

amazing view

Recommend it for couples seeking relaxation

The staff went above and beyond for us they placed a plastic chair in the shower for my grandmother. The view from the restaurant was amazing it really soothed the soul after a long drive.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for what we received.

My stay at Nanajuana for three nights was a fantastic experience. The twin room was spacious and immaculate, while the surrounding gardens and pool area were beautifully maintained. The staff exhibited a high level of professionalism, always ready to assist. Dining options were delicious, even though the prices were on the higher side. The ability to arrange a boat pickup from the hotel to explore the Rio Dulce added great value to our stay.
